    Directions: Take 3 Capsules, 30 mins before bedtime. 

    Ingredients: (Capsules) Magnesium Gluconate, Palmitoylethanolamide (as Levagen®) Magnesium Bisglycinate, Zinc Citrate, Crocus sativus 3.5% Saffron extract (as Afron®), E470b (Bulking agent), Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC Capsule)

    Directions: Mix 1 scoop (3g) with 250ml to 350ml of water.

    Consume 1 serving per day, 30 mins before bedtime. Do not exceed recommended dosage. 

    Ingredients: (Powder) Magnesium Gluconate, Palmitoylethanolamide (as Levagen®) Magnesium Bisglycinate, Zinc Citrate, Crocus sativus 3.5% Saffron extract (as Afron®), Maltodextrin, Cherry Flavouring, Citric Acid, Sweetener (Sucralose), Silicon Dioxide.

    Recovery and sleep

    With the base formula of zinc and magnesium helping to promote a great night's sleep for me , the added levagen for intense training that I hit multiple times a week is a god send, allowing me to hit a deeper sleep and allowing for more recovery with my central nervous system getting into a relaxed state quicker . Really feel the difference

    Seams to work well, must do as I've been on it for months, you get some great deeams to, no groggy feelings in the morning either, capsules are ok to but I found they stuck in the throat easily
