Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on all unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we recommend sending items back via a recorded or trackable service. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch an alternative product if requested.

Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it immediately using our Withdrawal Form. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the unopened item in its original condition — the standard returns process above applies. Refunds for returned orders will be processed once the items have been received and inspected.
