SHIPPING POLICY

This policy applies to all orders placed through stromsportsireland.ie.

 


ORDER PROCESSING


Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Irish public holidays). We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. During busy periods or following public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — we will communicate any significant delays via email.

 


DELIVERY ESTIMATES


Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.


  
• Ireland: 1–3 business days
  
• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  
• European Union: 3–7 business days
  
• Rest of World: 7–21 business days

 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and any customs or import procedures applicable in your country.

 


SHIPPING CHARGES


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Free shipping thresholds, where applicable, will be shown on our website.

 


ORDER TRACKING


Where a tracked shipping service is used, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. Not all shipping options include tracking — this will be indicated at checkout.

 


FAILED DELIVERIES AND REFUSED PARCELS


If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you refuse delivery of a parcel without a valid reason under your statutory rights, the cost of return shipping and any associated fees may be deducted from any refund due.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS


If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under Irish and EU consumer law.


If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will investigate with the carrier and, where confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.


Please note that opened consumable products (including supplements, powders, and drinks) cannot be returned unless they are faulty, unsafe, or were sent in error. This does not affect your statutory rights.

DELIVERY DELAYS


We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, carrier disruptions, postal strikes, or public health events. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — CUSTOMS AND IMPORT RESPONSIBILITY


If you are ordering from outside the Republic of Ireland, please be aware of the following:

  
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you are ordering are legal to import into your country and comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and customs requirements.
  
• Strom Sports Ireland is not liable for any delays, refusals, seizures, destruction, confiscation, or additional import charges arising from customs or border control procedures in your country.
  
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by your country's authorities are your sole responsibility and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
  
• No refunds will be issued for orders that are seized, destroyed, or refused by customs authorities. By placing an order for international delivery, you accept this condition.

 

 

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS


Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including your rights under the Sale of Goods Act, the Consumer Rights Act 2022, and applicable EU Directives on consumer protection.
