Suggested use:
Take 1 serving (2 capsules) daily. Fundamentum can be taken at any point of the day but we recommend to take it in the mornings.
VeriSperse® is a cold water dispersible resveratrol powder, specifically designed to increase its bioavailability. As a result there is no need to take VeriSperse® alongside a source of fat as with traditional resveratrol preparations.
